CAN ACCESS PAGES BUT NOT RECEIVING SMS

Our SMS carrier is in the USA, and it is therefore vital for any mobile phone not in the US to have the full international number in your account details, e.g. a British number 07890 123456 would be +44789123456. A Spanish mobile 678 901 234 would be +34678901234 and so on. It is recommended that North American customers place +1 before their number and do not include the - symbol, e.g. +12125554000 instead of 212-555-4000, to cover the event of our moving the SMS provider to another country.

You remove any zero prefix you use locally. If you have put your number in the wrong format, you can amend it in the 'My Account' section.

PAID BUT NO ACCESS TO PAGE

First of all check 'My Account'. At the bottom of the page, it shows which subscriptions are recorded. Analysis customers should be able to access all the instruments on the relevant Markets page. Signals customers should be able to access the relevant Trades page. If you cannot, please email us.

ALERTS BY EMAIL

At the moment, our email alerts are not directly linked to your account. We read your settings manually and put them in an email system. If you wish to receive or stop receiving email alerts, please send us a message.
