We collect and retain data for our own marketing purposes, and to communicate and notify our information services. The data collected is as follows:

For subscribing members
Name, Address, email address, telephone number, VAT number if applicable. By going through our website subscription process, you are explicitly opting in to our marketing communications and service messages. We also record payment histories, and preserve email communications. The telephone numbers are only used to send subscription SMS messages.

For non-members
Name and email address address only. By signing up to our newsletter service, you are explicitly opting in to our marketing communications. We also retain email communications. An unsubscribe option is offered in every email, which is processed automatically and immediately.

Third Parties
We do not supply our data to any third parties. We only accept third party data which has been correctly permissioned in accordance with law.

Existing Data prior to 25 May 2018
All our existing data has been collected by GDPR-compliant methods, therefore we have not explicitly required either our newsletter and full subscription recipients to resubscribe. If you believe that we are contacting you without permission, please see ‘Removal of Data’ below.

Data Report
If you require a report of the data we hold on you, please email admin@matrixtrade.com and this will be provided to you free of charge.

Removal of Data
We retain the data of subscribing member accounts, but this is only used for internal statistical and accounting purposes. To withdraw your consent, and cease to receive communications from us, either contact admin@matrixtrade.com or simply the unsubscribe option on our marketing emails.
