Subscriptions - Matrix Trade

Matrix Trade offers six different package options, as detailed below. You can choose any combination of information, and there are discounts for choosing multiple options.

Monthly pricing is as follows: (USD) $99 for one option, or $75 per option for 2-6 options. So for example if you only trade forex but want our signals and analysis, you would choose options 1 and 2 and pay $150 per month. If you are not interested in analysis but want all our trade signals, options 1 and 3 and 5 give you this, for $225.

Our analysis of course gives you a lot more insight, including some instruments, where we comment on the market in detail, with charts, but issue very few signals. If you want it everything, all six options are $450. All subscriptions also get access to our premium posts area.

Payment is taken by Paypal. Because of the repeat monthly subscription, you must have a Paypal account. If you do not already have one, it will be created during the payment process, where you link your credit/debit card to the account. At the moment, we are only able to process payments in US dollars. All the card providers we use will convert the payment into your local currency.

Please note Value Added Tax will be added to the prices quoted for subscribers resident in the European Union at the prevailing local rate. Business customers who are resident in the EU but not the United Kingdom, and provide a valid VAT number, will not be charged the tax. Do not enter anything in the 'EU VAT' box if you are not registered for VAT.

No-quibble refunds. If for any reason, you are unhappy with our service, then provided you give us notice in writing (by email, our Contact form, or letter post) within seven days of taking out a subscription, we will refund your money in full. The refund will processed to the same card you used to subscribe, in the same currency, unless otherwise requested. In any event, you can discontinue renewing your subscription at any time via ourselves or our payment partner Paypal. After this period, you can still cancel at any time, but the subscription will run for the remainder of the month. You do not need to explain why. If you cancel directly via Paypal we treat it in the same way as a direct request.

NB: To subscribe to our services, you must first create an account and be logged in. Please note that for legal reasons (Value Added Tax), we cannot process your subscription automatically if your IP address is in a different country to that in your account details. If this is the case, please email us at admin@matrixtrade.com with an explanation, and we will process your subscription manually. Please also note that it is vital that your phone number is entered in the full international format including +country code to receive SMS updates, as these are sent from the USA.

Forex Signals

For those with little time to follow the markets, this option gives you frequent trade signals throughout the day and evening across a range of currencies. You will be given an entry point, stop loss and target, (and good-till date if appropriate) and notified of amendments to stop loss or target, or cancellation of unfilled trades. We signal on forex majors (USD EUR GBP AUD CAD NZD), both USD pairs and crosses.

Most of our trades are orders, and anything trade 'at market' i.e. which needs to be entered immediately, will be clearly marked. You have the option of notification by either email or SMS. (Note there is no analysis provided with this option)

IC Signals

For those with little time to follow the markets, this option gives you frequent trade signals throughout the day and evening across selected stock index and commodity markets. You will be given an entry point, stop loss and target, (and good-till date if appropriate) and notified of amendments to stop loss or target, or cancellation of unfilled trades.

Most of our trades are orders, and anything trade 'at market' i.e. which needs to be entered immediately, will be clearly marked. You have the option of notification by either email or SMS. Note there is no analysis provided with this option.

Stocks Signals

For those with little time to follow the markets, this option gives you frequent trade signals throughout the day and evening across selected individual stocks. You will be given an entry point, stop loss and target, (and good-till date if appropriate) and notified of amendments to stop loss or target, or cancellation of unfilled trades.

Most of our trades are orders, and anything trade 'at market' i.e. which needs to be entered immediately, will be clearly marked. You have the option of notification by either email or SMS. Note there is no analysis provided with this option.
